		<description>I agree with your general thrust here. As I have been saying on my own blog, I think we need to go back one step further and think in terms of counties rather than States. States like CA &amp; NY are blue only because of the large ghettos in their metropolitan areas. I am quite prepared to give these warrens to the socialists; but the capitalists in the rural areas ought to be able to chose Liberty.

Then like minded counties could form new States based on something close to our Founding principles, and the metro collectives could form their own utopias. I am not sure how they would feed themselves without forcing their indigents to become producers, but that is their problem. :) ◄Dave►</description>
